How to use

  1. In step 1, choose the number of rows and columns. A 3×3 grid has 3 rows and 3 columns.
  2. With “Square tiles”, every tile is square: after you upload the image, drag the frame over the part you want to split. With “Original proportions”, the whole image is divided equally.
  3. The numbers on the image show the order of the tiles, from left to right and top to bottom. When you post the tiles separately, please upload them in this order.
  4. In step 3, download all tiles in a ZIP file, or select a number to download one tile. On a phone, tiles downloaded one by one can be saved to your photos.

Questions and answers

Will the tiles lose quality?
No. Each tile is cut from the original pixels without resizing. For JPG files, the quality can be set in step 3.
Why are a few pixels missing on the right or at the bottom?
All tiles must be the same size. When the width or height cannot be divided equally, the few pixels left over are not included.
Is my image uploaded?
No. The image is split in your browser. It is not uploaded to our server.
